Cookie Policy

How STOXAVA uses cookies and similar technologies, why they are used, how long they may remain, and how users can manage optional categories.

Last updated August 4, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains the technologies used on STOXAVA websites and applications, why they are used, how long they may remain, and how users can manage optional categories.

1. Scope

This Cookie Policy applies to STOXAVA websites and web-based applications that link to it. It should be read with the Privacy Policy. A mobile application or third-party service may provide additional information about its own software-development kits, cookies, or similar technologies.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, software-development kits, and device identifiers. These technologies can remember settings, maintain a session, support security, measure usage, or help provide content.

A session technology generally expires when the browser or session closes. A persistent technology remains for a stated period or until it is removed. The actual duration depends on the provider and purpose.

3. Categories used by STOXAVA

Strictly necessary

These technologies support core functions such as page delivery, security, authentication, fraud prevention, load balancing, session management, consent records, and account access. They cannot generally be disabled through the STOXAVA preference panel because the website or account may not function properly without them.

Functional or preference

These technologies remember choices such as display preferences, language, accessibility settings, or other optional features. Disabling them may cause the website to forget settings or reduce functionality.

Analytics or performance

These technologies help STOXAVA understand how visitors use pages and features, identify errors, measure performance, and improve design. Where required, they are used only after the user makes the applicable choice in Cookie Preferences.

Marketing or advertising

As of the effective date, STOXAVA does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not use marketing cookies to build advertising profiles across unrelated websites. If STOXAVA introduces marketing or advertising technologies, this Policy and the Cookie Preferences panel will be updated and any legally required choice will be provided before or when the technology is used.

4. Providers and the current cookie list

The table below describes representative technologies used or expected for the STOXAVA website. Exact technical names can vary by deployment and provider. The live Cookie Preferences panel is the current source for optional providers and categories active on the user’s browser. STOXAVA will update this table or the live panel when a material technology is added or its purpose changes.

Third parties may process information under their own privacy notices when they act independently. STOXAVA does not authorize providers to use STOXAVA account or financial-planning information for unrelated advertising. Before launch and after material releases, STOXAVA should compare this public table and the live preference panel against a production cookie and local-storage inventory so inactive or newly introduced technologies are not misdescribed.

5. Information collected through these technologies

  • IP address, browser, device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, and language settings.
  • Pages viewed, links selected, session duration, referral source, feature usage, errors, and performance information.
  • Authentication status, security events, session identifiers, consent choices, and preferences.
  • Identifiers assigned by STOXAVA or a provider to recognize a browser or session.

6. How STOXAVA uses this information

  • Operate and secure the website and account experience.
  • Remember settings and consent choices.
  • Diagnose errors and prevent abuse or fraud.
  • Measure traffic, feature use, and performance.
  • Improve navigation, content, accessibility, and product design.
  • Comply with legal obligations and maintain records of privacy choices.

7. Managing cookie choices

Use the link in the website footer to accept, reject, or change optional categories. Rejecting optional technologies does not disable strictly necessary technologies. You can change your selection later, but an existing technology may remain until it expires or is removed from the browser or device.

Browser and device settings may also block or delete cookies and local storage. Blocking all technologies can prevent login, session continuity, saved preferences, or other features from working correctly.

8. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

Where legally required, STOXAVA will treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for the browser or device sending the signal. Because browsers do not apply a single uniform standard to “Do Not Track” signals, STOXAVA does not currently respond to every Do Not Track signal. We will update this statement if a generally accepted or legally required standard changes.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as our website, providers, technologies, and legal obligations change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes may also be reflected in the Cookie Preferences panel or an additional notice.
