STOXAVA aims to make its website, planning tools, documents, and support channels usable by people with disabilities. We use recognized accessibility guidance as a reference and welcome feedback about barriers.
1. Our commitment
STOXAVA is committed to providing an inclusive digital experience. We work to make core information, navigation, forms, dashboards, charts, documents, and support functions understandable and usable with common assistive technologies and input methods.
2. Accessibility target
STOXAVA uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference for ongoing design, development, and testing. This statement describes a target and improvement process; it is not a claim that every page, document, chart, feature, or third-party component currently conforms in every respect.
3. Measures we work to support
- Keyboard access to navigation, controls, forms, dialogs, and interactive elements.
- Visible focus indicators and logical focus order.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and accessible labels for icons and controls.
- Sufficient text contrast and information that does not rely on color alone.
- Headings, landmarks, labels, instructions, and error messages that support assistive technology.
- Responsive layouts and text resizing without loss of essential content or functionality.
- Captions, transcripts, or alternatives for time-based media where applicable.
- Accessible names and descriptions for financial charts, including text summaries of important values and trends.
- Plain-language explanations for important financial concepts and actions.
- Testing during product development and review of reported accessibility barriers.
4. Known limitations and evolving features
Because STOXAVA is evolving, some dashboards, charts, documents, beta features, embedded services, or third-party components may not yet meet our accessibility target. We prioritize issues that block account access, financial information, forms, professional-service scheduling, or essential support.
5. Third-party content and services
Some parts of the experience may rely on independent providers, including financial-account linking, authentication, payment, scheduling, video meetings, or professional-firm systems. STOXAVA encourages providers to support accessibility but may not control every part of an independent interface. Contact us if a third-party barrier prevents access to a STOXAVA service so we can explore an alternative.
6. Requesting assistance or an alternative format
Email support@stoxava.com if you experience an accessibility barrier or need information in another format. Helpful details include:
- The page, feature, chart, form, or document involved.
- A description of the barrier or task you were trying to complete.
- The browser, device, and assistive technology used, if relevant.
- The alternative format, communication method, or assistance that would be useful.
We will review accessibility feedback and respond as reasonably practicable. Resolution timing depends on the severity, complexity, provider involvement, and availability of an accessible alternative.
7. No retaliation
STOXAVA will not intentionally deny service or retaliate against a user for requesting an accessibility accommodation or reporting a barrier.
8. Updates
We will update this statement as the product, testing practices, and accessibility work evolve. The effective date identifies the current version.
